Programme developed by Terminales Portuarios Euroandinos (TPE) and WISTA Peru, part of the global Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association network. The initiative provided a valuable space to share knowledge, experiences and perspectives, supporting professional development and inspiring new talent across our industry.

Representing Ian Taylor, Rocío Ponce, Country Manager, and Yessica Mena, Sales Manager, took part in this valuable experience, which also included a visit to TPE’s facilities.

During the visit, participants had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the port’s operations and commercial scope, as well as to exchange views with TPE’s Operations and Commercial management teams on new opportunities and business development.

A valuable initiative that brought together people, knowledge and opportunities, strengthening collaboration and contributing to the development of talent across the maritime and port industry.
